I had a really really nice stay, with location close to downtown. I was delighted about easy check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at the Corporate Stays 50 Laurier Splendid apartments. The apartment was impeccably clean and the furniture looked brand new. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, from the dishwasher and washer/dryer to the hairdryer and ironing facilities. We were impressed with the large TV offering a great selection of cable channels and the fast and reliable WiFi. The bed was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of pillows and sheets. The location was right downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The key pick up and drop off process was easy, and the staff were responsive to our requests. It was also reassuring to have security at the building and underground parking, especially during the winter. The on-site Subway restaurant was a convenient bonus. it truly felt like a home away from home.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, just steps away from the Rideau Canal and close to downtown. The apartment had a nice modern feel, and it felt more like being in a home than a hotel. I also appreciated the fact that the apartment was fully furnished with everything I needed, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a large TV with lots of cable channels.

One thing I would suggest is having spare blankets or comforters on hand, as I found myself needing one on a cool evening and there weren't any available. there was a mix-up with the rooms, and I wasn't notified until I arrived.

The apartment is within walking distance of byward market. Rooms have PRETTY views. Pool was right there.

The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived.

The apartment was too small. It was over priced, so value for money was also very poor. We also did not the get the apartment we initially booked. Only two days before our travel we were informed that our apartment was over booked and that we would have to stay in another apartment. The first apartment I chose was very near a location where I was attending a conference, so I was disappointed as the location was the main reason for choosing the first apartment. During our stay we were also confronted by a manager of the apartments, whom asked us where we were staying, when we told him he informed us that we were staying in an apartment which was sub-letted and it was illegal. This was very awkward and embarrassing !

The apartment's location was exactly what we wanted, being near the University, downtown, and Byward Market.

the beds were good. 15 minutes walk away from national gallery of canada. we enjoyed our stay.

The room is comfortable complete with good features, you can find everything you need. It has great setting just next door to Parliament Hill, the airport and train station. The people working here are affable and pleasant.

Location was good and amazing, close to train station. Furthermore, it was very close to downtown Ottawa as well as the capital of Canada. We usually dined at Second Cup Coffee Co just a short walk away from the apartment.

The central location of the hotel made it easy for us to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. It was also conveniently close to the train station, allowing for easy transportation around the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The kitchen was a great addition, allowing us to prepare meals. The hotel also offered Wi-Fi access, which was helpful for completing homework and finding local attractions.

The couch could have been more comfortable, and an extra comfortable chair would have been nice for comfortable TV viewing.

Hotel location was great - furnished nicely - excellent facility - friendly security - very secure building - no maids to wake you up in the morning, great appliances, really enjoyed it.

No balcony - roof top terrace was a bit disappointing - could not bring any food or drink up there,

Location, spacious, simple to access, parking, reliable, free internet, nice kitchen, full equipped kitchen + washer/dryer. Air-conditioned <== excellent! View exceptional.

Need more lighting near sofa so that one can read newspapers. Lighting beside bed can be improved for reading in bed. (Too narrow beam)

This place is perfect for sightseeing, with rooms that have great features and a prime location near restaurants and the airport, right in the heart of the city.
